Such wonderful and welcoming staff members! They were so happy and pleasant... from the moment Mrs. Paula cheched us in ..Every person that I walked by said, "good morning." My daughter left her childhood stuffed animal in a room and when I called Mrs. Paula, she was so helpful and compassionate about the situation. She looked high and low and was able to find it while we were on the phone. Awesome staff! Clean rooms. We will be staying here again! Thank you Mrs. Paula I hope your company realizes how much you are an asset to them 🙏 🙌

We had a really nice room,and the staff is amazing. We where there for my granddaughters birthday. Sabrina had the room decorated and the door . Everyone kept wishing her a happy birthday. The breakfast room was always fully stocked and ready. Thank you Alisha we love you. The cleaning staff are all so friendly, Amanda took care of our room and put any decoration that fell down back up . Can't wait to see the new renovations this summer. Thank you all!!!!

Booked through Hotels.com. Was not advised in advance that the property was undergoing renovation of new carpet. No signage at check of renovation. Room was a third floor. Elevator was not operating upon check in. Multiple issues with room (anchor protruding through wall in sitting area at head level of couch, vinyl peeling off headboard of bed, rust on bottom of tub, vent in bathroom filthy). Largest complaint is being woke up at 8:30am on a Sunday morning to contractors banging tools and music. Noise was so loud it shook the walls. Renovating is understandable but hotel should never place paying guests on same floor let only right next to rooms that are being renovated. Upon checkout, early by the way, other guests must have experienced the same dissatisfaction as the staff placed a si

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ||I had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, surrounded by peaceful Amish country views that make the whole experience even more relaxing. The atmosphere throughout the property is warm, clean, and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, well-kept, and offered great amenities. For the price, the value is outstanding.||A highlight of my visit was the hot breakfast. They offer a fantastic spread—including eggs, bagels, muffins, a pancake station, corned beef hash, sausage with biscuits, scrambled eggs, and more. Everything was fresh and well stocked.||A special shout-out to Alicia, who did an amazing job at breakfast. She was friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. Truly excellent service!||Highly recommend!

Positive: Great Staff -great breakfast -99% super Clean room and hotel and great View in breakfast area. On-site manager walking around cleaning and friendly. Negative: Hair left in bathroom floor and shower
