The Inn At Weathersfield

My wife and I loved our visit. We came up two nights for a ski weekend and what a Gem. We got up around 9pm and while the restaurant was closed, we were able to get a couple of drinks and relax before bed. The bartender and a server insisted on helping us with our bags as well as throwing an extra log in the fireplace. On the 2nd night, we had a lovely dinner. The drinks were creative and the apps, mains and desserts were delicious as was breakfast in the AM. Overall, we will book there again. It was a very nice experience.

The staff was more than accommodating let’s start with that. The building is beautiful. You can feel centuries ago nostalgia. I have never had farm to table and it was the best breakfast in my entire life. I was there for business however I will definitely be back for pleasure. I stayed in one of the 4 original rooms and just to experience how people used to live was worth the entire trip to Vermont. I love this place.

This is the perfect getaway! Beautiful rooms and such charm throughout the property. We had intended to stay somewhere else near Woodstock and made a last minute decision to come here instead and could not have been more happy. It is a little off the beaten path, but you will not regret staying. Its remote location is perfect to get settled in and enjoy the quiet life. I celebrated my birthday with dinner on property as well and the owners kept us company with great conversation and cocktails even past closing time. The food was spectacular! Locally sourced and thoughtfully curated. We have no complaints about our stay - it was just what we wanted and more! I want to gatekeep the Inn at Weathersfield so badly, but the owners are doing too incredible of a job for us to keep this spot a secret. Every aspect of our stays (yes multiple, because we’ve returned) have been amazing. The rooms couldn’t be cozier, staff couldn’t be kinder, and the food at the restaurant downstairs is immaculate. The most perfect and unique spot for a ski weekend or visit to Vermont!

Wonderful, wonderful place, I cannot say enough! My husband and I went for a Mother’s Day getaway earlier this year and were treated like family by all! Special shout out to sweet Greta who worked so hard and couldn’t be nicer! We recently returned during Thanksgiving weekend for our daughter’s wedding and everything was superb! Small, intimate winter wedding that was simply beautiful. They were married in the “chapel in the woods” on the property and it was lovely! The food was outstanding as always, as was the service.
