We booked spontaneously a spot for tent camping at Crown Point with our toddler to visit Vermont over the weekend and we loved it. It's a peaceful, beautifully clean kept campground in the mountains overseeing a lake. Thank You for making us feel welcome. We enjoyed it and recommend this spot to friends and family.
Kinda out of the way, off the beaten path. All wooded/shaded park...nice once you're in place, but not very conducive to manuevering a 43' 5th wheel to/from your site. Very quiet, some amenities, showers clean.
This is our 5th year as seasonal Campers at Crown Point Camp Area in Perkinsville. VT. We love coming back each year to our Home away From Home. It’s a great place to let the stress from the week fade away. We love our camping friends and love to meet the weekend people at the events. The Bon Fires are always great. We enjoyed the first Casino Night last week. |The Staff is great as always accommodating. They have also been ramping up new ideas and events. |It’s a great Quiet getaway !!! And the Swimming Lagoon is clean and refreshing. |Good fish to be caught in Stoughton Pond as well. So much to do in the area! Food. Arts. Hiking. Sightseeing. Give it a try !! ||Jim and Charlene. |Western Mass.

Private, quiet--spacious. All of the neighbors (majority seasonal in RVs) also were super-friendly, sociable, good-natured people. Dog-friendly, kid-friendly...all you can hear at 10PM are the crickets and tree frogs. I love the history behind the Crown Point historical trail that stops up in Lake Champlain crossing into New York State as well, the cemetery across the street, and the picturesque views driving past on the way in of a local farm and meadow. Bathrooms are clean, showers are hot and free, WiFi is a cinch (though in a tent site we liked t
I wish this could have been different, the young lady at the desk was very nice when my wife and I got there. I got to the site and had no power, which I rented a site with power and water. I went back to the office to let someone know that I didn't have power and the owner was there, I waited patiently for her to get off the phone and explained my situation, I also said I checked the breakers and tried the resets, I was confronted with a "sucks being you". I was a little taken by surprise because I was not sure what was going on. it took me. second to respond and I said "well I guess so" and then she said she would send someone to look at. I left and went back to the site. no one came. luckily there was no on either camp sites around us and luckily I brought an extension cord. the next da
