The Inn At Rye Place

Excellent inn (motel). Super clean rooms & grounds. Great area with a lot of restaurants nearby. Cheryl at the front desk was extremely helpful. Beds are small for two people to sleep in, but they're very comfortable. Stay in the park view rooms, you're away from the road.

Can’t say enough about this place. The staff was so pleasant and courteous, especially the owner, Howie and Jaiden. The price was good, the room was spacious and clean, and the outside is absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait until September when I can book again for next year. 2/25/2026 update. Wanted to check on pricing for the same room, same week in 2026 and find that the daily price went up from 165.00 to 279.00. That is crazy. Will look elsewhere

Headed to Maine and this seemed like a good stopping point. The front desk people are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are incredibly clean and have everything you need. They have an area out back where you can sit and relax with a fire and even provide the firewood for you. A grab and go breakfast was available that had fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a really nice stay here . The communication with the front desk staff was excellent and friendly. The rooms were spotless absolutely perfect, the beds were very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. This is a dog friendly place also and there were firepits available too. We had a fire and really enjoyed the whole experience, we will definitely be back, thanks folks!

My first experience with the Inn was when I recommended it to a friend and visited her-clean, comfortable. I decided I needed a night away and stayed there last night-simple luxury; attention to detail;friendly staff. I will be back!
