The Inn at One Bank Street

I'd rate this high on the things that matter. It was very clean, the price was great, the bed was comfortable. I wish there had been kitchen linens (dishcloths and towels) and a drainer so we could have done dishes. I had to contact the innkeeper for check in details, for some reason I didn't get an email with them. Also, the book with the WiFi info was missing. The response time was very good. I would stay here again. It's a lovely little town and very walkable.

I was searching for accomadations in the Jamestown area, and expanded the search a little beyond the usual chain hotel options. In mid summer, these tend to be booked, or overpriced, or both. Was pleased to find this small inn, not far from Jamestown. Very pleasant stay, clean and comfortable, well laid out. Our hostess, Anne, gave us superior service, and is a joy to work with. Appreciated the quality towels, supplies and furnishings! If you do some research, Randolph itself is central to many area attractions as well, so this is a good choice on many fronts. Will definitely stay here when we return!

My husband and I stayed here in January for two nights. Our room was very clean, warm, inviting and accommodating. The new innkeeper Ann provided instructions for us to obtain a key from a local store when we arrived in town. In our room was a lovely note and bottle of my husband's favorite wine! Later on after returning from her appointment, Ann greeted us in person and we chatted about the rich history of the inn. We are so glad we chose such a centrally located place within walking distance to good food, friendly people and steeped in Amish history. A welcoming place we hope to go back and explore again.

Being from Kennedy, I periodically wait family in the area. This Inn is a very convenient, comfortable place for us to stay. Rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is so comfortable. The new Inn Keeper Ann is a pleasure and is on premise. Highly recommend staying here if are passing through the area (86 is only 1 mile away) or staying for a few days visiting that interesting Amish Country. Oh and don't forget to checkout Ben's for breakfast!! Awesome!!

All the other reviews I agree with, clean and decorated nice. Only most reviews when Tonia was innkeeper and I am sorry didn't seem so great. Asked for clean towels after couple days & innkeeper was quick to respond. Nothing was done the days we were there, no garbage picked up, beds made or more coffee, etc. Now depending on what type of place you stay at, maybe you do things yourself. I just want this inn to succeed and be there for convenience of staying in Randolph.
