DO NOT STAY HERE!! RESPECTFULLY, this was probably one of the WORST AIRBNB stays I’ve EVER experienced!There is mold in the bathroom sinks and the bottom of the shower curtains are utterly disgusting! The bathroom floors are BROWN! The bed spreads are also filthy! There were ants in the couches! BOOGGERS ON THE WALLS in a “$4,000” home!! This is INSANE!! There is also a very strong mold odor throughout the house especially leading downstairs and to pool area. There is mold on the outdoor couch cushions which we have not been able to utilize as well. There’s actual dry wall coming out of the ceilings! MOST certainly not what is promised online for the list price! Even the hammock smells so bad, it cannot be used. RIP OFF!!! Worst Airbnb experience I have EVER had! Every photo they show is outdated by centuries because this place looks like no one has been there to clean in years! Every inch of this house was not cleaned. We immediately called Ricky, the owner/host he gave apologies and said he would send someone right away, yet we waited for 4 days no one ever came. The jacuzzi was beyond disgusting could not use. ALL the outdoor furniture could not use, all full of holes and MOLD!. The house smelled like mold, the walls were broken and the floor in areas not even finished. Dishes disgusting dirty, out dated, the pots and pans same thing. No toiletries or cleaning products of any kind. No surprise there, with the dirtiness of this house. No extra towels, no laundry soap but a washer & dryer. The st

The only attraction of this house was the full size heated pool. We were initially impressed with the house but as we explored the house, we became more and more disappointed. The house is very dated and to some degree, it feels unfinished. Bedroom and bathroom doors do not properly close or latch. Two out of the three full baths have a loose shower faucet that comes off if you put any pressure to turn it. Slippery condition from the walkway all the way to the front door because the gutter is not properly maintained. The water from the gutter creates a waterfall which turns into a puddle that freezes into black ice. It created a dangerous condition for anyone to walk on especially if you have kids. Renter beware!! We are writing this review, so that others are not put in the same position we were put in. We stayed with our cousins and small children. The house is not small child safe as there are electrical outlets without covers on them (read previous reviews he says he fixed them -that is a lie). The bathroom in the main bedroom has live electrical wires coming out of the wall uncapped (which we capped to keep our children safe). There is only 1 egress out of the one bedroom if their was a fire. Bunk beds in the area of the stairwell. We arrived to no heat in the main part of the house and they left a space heater to heat the kitchen and living room. The caretaker was supposed to come over and he never showed up. There was molding with nails sticking up laying in the pool area. T

Don't rent this house. I would give this house a 0 if it were possible. When we got there the pool had gunk at the bottom of it that looked like it had been there for years there was also NO chlorine at all in the pool. One of the fridges is broken, the microwave wouldn't stop beeping, the oven was not working and the jacuzzi wouldn't heat up.. aka broken. The rooms, sheets and bathrooms were musty. We had go to Walmart to buy sheets and towels. We made the best of it in the kitchen and living area since they were the most updated places in the house. But man, this house isn't worth the trouble. The owners should be ashamed at having guests over in that mess.
