We loved this hotel. It's small, intimate, and quiet. The room was perfect: very comfortable bed, the sheets were so soft, nice quality towels, a bathrobe to use, plus a mini fridge which was handy. The light breakfast was just right: I had the yogurt with granola and a nice sized dish of mixed fruit plus coffee. There was also juice, muffins, and oatmeal available. We would definitely stay here again!!

One of the best times I've ever had at a hotel, the rooms were so cozy, the Hotel itself is magnificent, and the amazing manager created such a beautiful experience for me and my partner. Would highly recommend this hotel it has a great breakfast, room heating, hospitality, and history.

Wonderful historic inn in old town Marblehead. Great place to stay for seeing Salem. We stayed in Suite 15; it was clean and as described. Breakfast was a nice continental spread with yogurt, fruit, granola, and muffins as well as fresh coffee. Only downside was there was no elevator or porter so we had to carry our suitcases up 2 flights on stairs. Still a good stay for the 2 nights we were there.

My daughter and I shared the King Junior suite. The bed was super comfy and the sheets were the softest! The water in the shower was hot and the pressure was great. The location is awesome, within a short drive or even walking distance of anywhere you'd want to be in Marblehead. The gardens and the breakfast were both delightful but for me, the best part was knowing that Amelia Earhart and her mother stayed here in 1923 as confirmed by the house manager's ledger! The folks at the front desk couldn't be more friendly or kind...it really is a great spot in the world! Super enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to come back.

I am very disappointed in our stay here. The price was outrageous for what we got. First of all, the House itself was charming, the room was clean, BUT the carpet is stained and dirty looking. The furniture was cheap cafeteria, garage sale furniture. Our window had an air-conditioning unit that didn’t fit right so cold air was pouring White bagin and there was no way for us to control the heat We were next to a busy road, it was loud all night. No blow dryer in the room. TV would turn on, but you couldn’t watch anything. Room was very small. This is not a true bed-and-breakfast, the breakfast consisted of sliced coffee cake, and some granola. No hot food options. We are very disappointed! For the money we paid you would think it would’ve been much nicer and offered more amenities and had
