The Hotel Garibaldi

I'm at risk of ruining a wonderful gem of a hotel by posting this. (because this is where I stay when I am working in Tillamook) Is the Hotel Garabaldi a 5 star hotel? No, is it a 4 star hotel? Eh not really but that is not the point. What it is, is a wonderfully comfortable hotel that has amazing staff, an amazing atmosphere, in a wonderful location. There is a pool (yes it's small but it's indoors) a hot tub (once again indoors) and actual breakfast selection. The rooms have real cable, with a guide to scroll through the channels, they have proper coffee, as well as a working mini-fridge. There is a wonderful lobby to hang out in with a fireplace and some REALLY comfortable chairs/couches to sit on. The staff is amazing, Wren (sorry if I spelled your name wrong you are a damn hero) a

Positive: Staff was very pleasant and she made the stay great! They also had a great choice for breakfast- Biscuits and gravy, fruit cereal, and much more that the big hotels as far as choices. The room was clean and the towels were soft and clean as well. Negative: The bed did not seem right, and the elevator was not working. a few

Booked it for the hot tub & sauna. Hot tub was perfect except there were no bubbles. Sauna was out of order. Pool is heated. Love the layout of the room. Not the cleanest, but it was a great stay. Good complimentary cookies! Absolutely loved the front desk staff!!!

This was a great little find. The price was right, the rooms were clean and comfortable and it is located right across the street from the train station. They had both a indoor pool and hot tub, breakfast was included and it was quiet and in the perfect location. The staff was unbelievably kind and friendly and very helpful with any questions or help you might need. They made you feel right at home. Also there was plenty of parking. Super little find.

We really enjoyed the Hotel Garibaldi! Rhea was just wonderful, especially with my six year old, and we appreciated the personal touches such as salt water taffy at the front desk and cookies upon check in. The hotel pool and hot tub were very nice and well taken care of. Highly recommended!!
