Had a two night reservation. Called 24 hours ahead of time to cancel 2nd night Like the manager told us to but did not tell us it had to be 24 hours before we got there. We had to return to work early. No exceptions. Sad we have been going there for 20 plus years. No understanding. The manager told us to read our email on the rules. Bad service. They missed out on not just one night of money but 2 nights. Got our money back thanks to the gal at the desk. We have never canceled so did not know the rules.
