Clean, comfortable, quiet…if you get the right room. Everything new. Well designed room. Relatively spacious and awesome terrace and views - from a king corner terrace room. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Soft robes. Destination fee includes F&B credit of half, which is nice. Room service breakfast arrived very quickly and was very good, and large portions. Gym had enough space for a few people to work out with weights. Everyone was super nice - when I picked my uber delivery at the front desk, they offered me utensils. It’s all about the room. I stayed here for a work trip during the week and had a very good experience. Front desk and staff were so nice, food on the rooftop is excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cristina was so thoughtful with how she took care of the room and tidied things up, it really added to the experience. There’s even a 5pm social hour in the lobby every day where they put out free wine/beer and charcuterie. Would definitely recommend

The interior and exterior atmosphere at night were eerie where it’s not recommended to solo traveller or even couples, hence it’s dangerous to walk around during night time. This hotel is not friendly especially to Asian people, so be careful if you are and the valet service contained a few weird staff that were not friendly in helping out.I feel uncomfortable staying at this hotel and will never stay here again.
