The Hermitage Inn & Taphouse

Quaint locally owned Inn in a historical structure with a full restaurant and bar. Cold drinks, fresh food with a homemade look and taste. Attentive service in the dining rooms. Lacy was particularly friendly and prompt.

Stayed here for a work trip and it is a fantastic little place. The updated rooms were very nice and the restaurant was easy to get a bite to eat and a few drinks at the bar.

I've stayed at this hotel several times now and each stay has been wonderful. It's been lovingly restored and it's clean, comfy, and very welcoming. It offers easy access to the restaurant & taphouse. I highly recommend!

Great privately-owned hotel, with convenient off-street parking and a restaurant/tap house on site! Perfect for stopping on a motorcycle trip, where I don't like to have to ride to dinner after getting a shower and relaxing.||Rooms are simple but modern and clean. Staff very friendly. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is the very sparse continental breakfast offering, and the restaurant doesn't open until 11am. I will stay here again!

My experience with this property was not a pleasant one. We were interested in booking the whole property for a weekend for my daughter wedding. Upon receiving all the necessary information for the property and touring the property we were advised the date was available and we just needed to contact the manager. After trying for three weeks to talk to the manager I finally got a hold of her and was told the dates were no longer available. Someone else was given them and they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us any longer. When we first visited the site the girl who we spoke with told us she would pencil in our information so that no one else could reserve those dates……well based on her inability to do her job properly and the inability to get to speak with the manager either because no
