The Harbor Waterfront Resort

What a charming, quaint, beautiful community tucked away against Lake Rosalie. My wife and I are considering purchasing and took a tour of the park and several available homes. Wendy, the park manager, was very responsive, knowledgeable, and her pride in the community shines through. We met several residents who were very welcoming and answered our questions as well. Trees line the streets, Spanish moss hangs naturally, and the orientation of the park towards the little harbor is almost storybook.

LOVE LOVE my new SPOT here at the Park. Been here 3 months now. I have lived in 4 RV PARK in the last 2 yrs.... "NONE is as QUIET and PEACEFUL as here". Management worked really hard when I bought my trailer. She was the best. and I appreciate her very much. CLEAN park ,CLEAN laundromat. And living on a lake and seeing the water, I could not ask for more. Thank you. Picture of what retirement looks like

My friends and I enjoyed our 6 day stay ! The staff and residents are very kind and helpful..loved the lake area..so peaceful and relaxing 😌 😎 the pool was so amazing 👏 our evenings were beautiful and they did a Mexican fiesta night! So much great food and company..Definitely going back again..special thanks to the manager Wendy..thank you for a great week of fun and relaxation 😎👏🐊✈️🥰☕️🍹✨️

I have a relative who lives in this private house trailer community. Has a pool, community house, water front, nice little community. Lots are for rent, you never own. The well water smells and tastes of Sulphur.

It's a challenge driving around in there. It's all one way and so narrow. I don't know where you park if you're going to visit someone. I guess right before you enter there's a little parking lot. They do have a boat launch, swimming pool, shuffleboard, and laundry facility post office. There's also a nice little store on the corner where you can also eat some really good food
