The Greystone Lodge On The River

Really nice place to stay. Location is very convenient, parking for guests is plentiful. Our room was very clean. I loved that there was no carpet, for cleanliness sake. Fresh bath linens were plentiful and more then enough pillows. Even the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion was nice. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a variety of options that inclused FRESH made biscuits and eggs that were kept stocked fresh throughout breakfast.

Fantastic stay Excellent location. Walkable to everything and trolley pickup directly in front of lobby. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Heated tables on the patio were very nice. The whole place was perfectly clean and maintained. We had room service everyday of our stay. Breakfast was always good, but vegetarian. Coffee was always available.

Nice hotel it was nice to be on the river. But to be on the river your in a separate building we were way at the end to even go for breakfast you had to bundle up and walk way up outside. They should let people know that. Would hsve been nice to unpack but only 2 very small drawers. Other than that clean. Breakfast was small and not overly tasty

Amazing place to stay. The friendliest staff and so accommodating to our requests and needs. The atmosphere made us Felt like we were part of the family. Beautiful views and the room was spacious and superior. The room was so clean and fresh. The location is excellent in Gatlinburg to be able to walk without having to drive. The room was so quiet from all the hustle and we were able to relax and get that good night sleep. I Will recommend to friends and family and people I dont know who mentions they would like to go or are going to go. The price is well worth it.

Positive: Location clean friendly check in ladies Negative: The ac unit sits at bed level. We had to stack pillows on bed closest to the ac because the cold air didnt hit you in the face.
