The Greenwell Inn

The rooms are clean and the bathroom has been updated. There needs to be a better place to plug in charging cords. I had a hard time finding an outlet that was close enough to the bed. I like the room layout with the bathroom sink outside of the toilet tub area. The furniture is a little bit marked up, but I think this is a good value in a safe and good location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great stay at the Greenwell Hotel in Price, Utah. The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing, and having a 24-hour open pool was a huge bonus. The receptionist was super kind and friendly, which made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area!

Absolutely terrible customer service. My reservation was “cancelled” by the front desk lady for no reason or explanation and when I then asked for a confirmation of the cancellation she had nothing to show. Contacted Priceline, turns out the reservation was never canceled. Had my two small kids with 2 & 3 thankfully we are in a spot to go elsewhere but had this been a single mom stretching her last dollar , would be left outside in the cold. This is totally not okay. Still have not received a refund or any help from the greenwell. Lady’s name at desk is “Ronnie” be aware. Ronnie doesn’t seem to like mondays I guess.

Other reviews indicate a common theme. They are dishonest with charging for rooms that aren’t used. Reservations- 0 stars Made a reservation on the website. Didn’t receive a confirmation. Called a few days later to ask about the reservation and they said there was no reservation. I made a new reservation and confirmed I had only one reservation. When I checked in at no point did the front desk say I had two rooms. I got charged for two rooms. I’ve gone back and forth with the front desk and management and they say I had two reservations. They have yet to refund for a room that was never confirmed. Room- 0 stars Dated. Like 80’s and never kept up 80’s. No blankets. Just sheets. Positive: The staff was friendly, the place was clean and well maintained. I was able to take my well behaved dog with my family for a memorable stay. Highly recomend this hotel. Negative: ""
