Terrible filthy room ! what was broken TV, beadspread had urine and human body fluid stains, toilet was full of urine, surfaces were sticky as well as the floor and the AC barly work at only 68 degrees outside. When I saw the maid in the morning everything was explaned teenage boy his parent doesn't care I'll bet...!

This is a great budget friendly hotel. My husband and I come here about twice a month when we're in town for our outdoor job. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. Every time we've checked in or out at the front desk, the reception staff have been super friendly.

I didn't know they had smoking rooms. I thought that was not a thing anymore. I was so tired. I didn't realize that I was being marinated in cigarette smoke. I've washed the clothes three times and I ended up throwing away all of them. This place could be a really nice place if they cleaned under the bed and didn't allow smoking. You definitely get what you pay for. I could have paid an extra $20 and stayed at the Holiday inn. Next time I will.

I am here for work. I booked this room for 825 for 2 weeks. My coworker told me last Monday that he got his room at the national 9 in Wellington for 265 a week. I called the Wellington location and they said that they have weekly rates from 310-325. I then went to speak to the person at the front desk last Monday. I told her I wanted to cancel my last week so I could transfer. She said that would be fine, but advised me to wait until Sunday (the end of my first week). I go in to the office to cancel my second week this morning and the person at the front desk said that they do not refund weekly rates. I told them that the national 9 in Wellington was $100 cheaper. She said there was nothing she could do. I told her that makes no sense. They are the same company.
