The Godfrey Hotel Hollywood

Could not believe we picked this great hotel in an excellent location perfect for what we needed after our long flight I’ve from Sydney. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are excellent in presentation and appearance. We have dinner breakfast at the restaurant on ground floor, it’s was also nice. We ventured up onto the rooftop to see the spectacular views this is a must do. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay and to all the staff excellent work thank you.

Nice upscale hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly. Great location in walking distance to Hollywood Walk of Fame. Public transportation is close by as well. The hotel has a very nice rooftop bar/lounge with a pool which I didn't get to enjoy because the weather was horrible. The bar/lounge had heat lamps so even though it was cold (52°) the lamps kept you warm. There is also a restaurant in the lobby called About Last Knife. I dined there my last night. I ordered the lobster roll. It was phenomenal. The lobster was so fresh and succulent. The room was a smaller than expected but decent. One of the towels had a stain on it which grossed me out. The shower water kept running after I turned it off it was driving me crazy. I called guest services and they sent an engineer up right away t

Wonderful stay that truly impressed us! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by warm and professional valet, front desk, and bar staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The room was stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom felt fresh and well maintained. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering beautiful views, a great atmosphere, and an inviting pool area. Small touches like quick elevators, plush towels, and effective blackout shades made the entire stay relaxing and enjoyable.

My vacation was two days at the end of a business trip. I lost $100 and a full day of that to issues because of the hotel. I get to my room and attempt to charge my electronics which I notice are not charging. There are 4 open outlets so I switch my items between the 4 to find none of them are charging it. But the other items in the room are working so it must be my charger or my laptop. I spend the evening trying to find a replacement and the next morning trying to find a repair shop on zero battery. I finally find and buy a replacement, test it and come back to find it not working in the room. Turns out none of the outlets were working except the ones in use. Repair guy comes fixes 2 of the 4 says the other outlet isn't fixable and leaves. I get a charge by late that afternoon. So instea

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — I especially loved the bed, it was so cozy! 🛏️ The location is perfect, close to restaurants and public transport. Breakfast had a great variety, and everything tasted fresh. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area — definitely worth the price!
