The Fountains at ChampionsGate

We rented a townhouse through VRBO and it was great. The community clubhouse had broken door hardware. There was a junior sized pool table in a large room that was broken. There was a really nice full sized pool table in a tiny room with some peeled ping pong paddles on the floor and no ball. The pool water looked safe but it was always full of leaves and didn’t appear like anyone cared about it. Same for the hot tub. Everything else was great. Location to stores and restaurants was fantastic.

My family & I stayed from 07/28/25 - 08/01/25. The appearance was very nice & it was neat & organized, but there was an unpleasant smell of a dirty mop near kitchen & hallway bathroom. It was supplied with necessaries for daily needs which is a must. I do wish they supplied us with a starter washing powder & more wash rags. Also, it is surrounded by a lot of shops & restaurants, which is a plus. We enjoyed our stay & would return & recommend.

The pool was nice and garage but not only was there only a mini trash can in the kitchen, no broom, but no comforters on the beds nor did we have access to use the washer & dryer because the door was locked. The fridge seemed to be just plugged in moments before our arrival. Also, there were no curtains just bright sun beaming through the window making it hard to relax. Seems like there should be more money put into the decor and amenities to make it more liveable.

Place was close to our venue but the furniture was really cheap. The beds super uncomfortable. We only had two trash bags for the kitchen and two paper rolls per bathroom. We had to take the trash bags to the container because otherwise they would still be there. Both guest rooms were a sauna while the master bedroom was a freezer. The kitchen was okay at least with the basic needs you need except coffee filters. Also, we only had one paper towel roll so we added that to our shopping list. This was the first time I went to this place and I'm not pretty sure I would recommend it to a huge group of people. We were only three and it was okay I can't imagine more people in that place. Just be careful to read the reviews and make sure you read everything thoroughly.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The price was unbelievably affordable for a 3 bedroom fully stocked condo. Its a home away from home. I will definitely come back again. Its about 45 minutes away from the parks but we were fine with that
