Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate

I recently stayed at the Omni in Orlando and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has that perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. The grounds are stunning, and there’s plenty to do whether you want to unwind or stay active. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room and the overall quiet atmosphere. Lastly, but most importantly, the staff was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. Service like that really makes a difference.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Orlando area. I’d happily stay here again.

Was here for a medical conference. Great hotel! Breakfast every morning at Trevis with great service. Alex took care of my husband and myself daily, always rembered dairy free milk for my coffee. Very attentive and thoughtful. Food was delicious! Gluten-free pancakes were worth it.|Room were nicely kept, daily service was great.|Family friendly without feeling like kids took over.

Positive: The hotel staff that organized the extra activities were amazing. My kids had a blast with the extra fun games along with the amenities. Negative: I didn't have an issue with the hotel itself. I did have an issue with my bill at the end. Unfortunately when checking out, a manager said there was nothing they could do about it. After contacting customer service, they saw that I was double billed.

I stayed at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate over Valentine’s Day weekend for my son’s birthday trip to Disney, and it was such a special experience from start to finish. LaNaja and Diamond truly went above and beyond for us. They surprised us with a room upgrade, had cupcakes waiting in the room for my son, and even gave us s’mores to enjoy. Those thoughtful touches meant so much and made his birthday feel extra magical. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. But what really stood out was the service. We had an excellent stay at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate and would absolutely return. We booked through Chase Sapphire Reserve’s The Edit, and the property delivered on every level. The newly renovated West Wing rooms are beautifully done — modern, polished, and genuinely comfortable. It feels like a meaningful upgrade, not just a surface refresh. Trevi’s quickly became our nightly ritual. We sat at the terrace bar each evening and ordered the meat pizza and Caesar salad — both consistently excellent. Service was warm, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations (the handmade sausage patties were especially flavorful), and the lazy river was the perfect way to unwind for hours.
