The Easterner Motel

First time visiting the Hamptons and we had a blast! The owner Fran was so friendly and helpful from the beginning to end. To our dissapointment, there was a problem with the pool and it was being repaired. Fran had it already set up where we could go down the road and use the another pool. But because we were only there for one night we opted to go sightseeing and visit most of the beaches. Fran provided beach, chairs, umbrellas and a beach parking permit which came in very handy since it's very expensive to park in the lots! The room was bright, clean and comfy! We would definitely come back! Thanks Fran!

I love this little motel. We ended up staying in the bigger unit so my Aunt and I had the two bedroom with 4 beds. The room was a treat for us but perfect for a larger family. Fran is very friendly and available for any questions too. Overall its a great place to get settled and then head out to enjoy your day.

My business partner and I have been staying at The Easterner for the last three summers and would never consider staying anywhere else. We typically stay there 3-5 times a summer for several days at a time. Our experiences have always been great, and we love Fran the proprietor. The rooms are squeaky clean with full kitchens, updated appliances and furnishings. The mattresses are high-quality and super comfortable. The motel is also extremely quiet, and very convenient to everything one could want in the Hamptons. No complaints at all! Having stayed at many different kinds of hotels all over the world, this completely satisfies my needs.

I had a beautiful weekend at the Easterner. Fran was extremely accommodating and the little cabin was very cute! There was a full kitchenette with a refrigerator, small oven, coffee maker and microwave. The supple one set of plates and a few pots and pans. Two bags of coffee as well as popcorn! I loved the place and definitely would return. The only negative thing was the bathroom was extremely small and if you were a larger person you would find it a bit too tight.

My husband and I stayed here with our toddler for a few days and had a wonderful time. We have stayed at fancier and more expensive places but have realized they are often not really worth it. This place has everything. Kids will have fun, and Fran does everything she can to make sure you'll have a nice stay. We asked for extra towels, she gave us plenty. When our porch light wouldn't turn off, someone came over to unscrew it at 9:30 at night. When we had a misunderstanding with one of her staff, she apologized profusely and fixed the problem immediately. If you are looking for a simple place where you will sleep well and experience great hospitality, this is it. I agree with Danielle P, "the Owner makes the property"!
