Customer Reviews
Really nice older couple run this place. It's clean and cheaper than most the others. Good Convenient Mart down the street
Paid $65 for a room that smelled like mold and cheap air deodorizer the wall heater didn't work and the little portable heater they had in the room didn't work very well and it was plugged into the one of those outlets if you turned off a particular light switch on the wall it turned power off to the wall outlet as well. The bed was not much more than a hide-a-bed mattress. The tv was so small and old box type TVs. No dead bolt lock on the door or a chain lock the only lock was the one in the door knob itself. The room had definitely at one time had had a water leak of some kind from the ceiling. The damp musty mold smell was very prominent. For the price I paid my room definitely wasn't up to acceptable standards of cleanliness. Yuck🤢😷
The staff is the nicest couple you will ever meet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stopped for the price. The washcloths were on the skimpy side. But the bath towel was plush and comfortable.
$84 for a kitchenette...ants all in the room, no air conditioning, they were doing construction in the room right next to us. Add in the pillows that were barely an inch thick and the shower that ran either scalding hot or freezing cold ( not to mention a shower head that was only 5'6" tall). The absolute worst motel I've ever stayed in which is sad because I'd heard great things about the place.
Very affordable. Cute exterior. Very friendly staff. Simple and quaint. A bit outdated but when everything else is booked it's a place to sleep. Reminds me of staying at grandmas. Older decor, floral/urban mix match bedding, older tv(no satellite), lights are not hooked up to the switch so you have to manually turn them on, very minimal, basic furniture (nothing fancy), slight stale smell, could use some simple touches to update. Definitely a mom and pop kinda place and it sounds like they are working on updating. No breakfast but the lady at the front counter said they are thinking about it in the future. I think if they just replaced the bedding and curtains with a solid color scheme(and matching sheets) it would make a huge difference but it's not the worst place I've stayed.
