The Del Monte Lodge Renaissance Rochester Hotel & Spa

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very clean and nicely updated, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and our room attendant was especially kind and attentive — we just wish we had caught her name to thank her personally. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again.

The Del Monte Hotel is outstanding. Set on the banks of the Erie Canal with the Canal path easily accessible just outside the hotel door, the walking, jogging and biking opportunities are superb. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and both check-in and check-out were flawless. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are extremely comfortable with good lighting, plenty of outlets and great showers . The hotel restaurant, The Erie Grill, is excellent with pleasant, efficient servers and superb food. We ate there for breakfast, dinner and frequented the bar and all were great. The Spa also was terrific. Two suggestions for future guests: 1) the restaurant is on the small side and reservations are recommended for all meals including breakfast; 2) reservations are also highly recom

Always a pleasure. Having the Erie Grill on site is a big plus. Also being across from Shoen Place and the Pittsford Dairy makes it ideal for seeing theb local sites near the Erie Canal and finding great food options. This is my 3rd time staying here, and not the last.

The rooms are very nice and clean . The service before getting to the hotel was terrible . I tried to book a package with hotel/spa to relax and it ended up being so stressful . I never got a confirmation after booking and every time I called to confirm (3 times) I was told yes you have the package deal you want and then when I arrived they refused to give me the package and I spent an hour at the lobby desk with staff when I got there and the another 20 minutes the next morning . It honestly ruined my entire experience
