Hilton Garden Inn Rochester/Pittsford

This place is straight trash but what’s worse is the staff, worst experience of my life and I’ve stayed at every kind of hotel and price point around the world. -1000/5 stars if I could. They had emergency alarms telling everyone to evacuate the building and knew they had heavy construction going on but dont tell you that when you’re checking in or give you a safety plan when you’re disabled to exit. Then I got locked out of my own room after it’s deemed safe bc the key cards fail. I went to the front desk to get new cards and ask what was going on and how they could announce that disabled people should follow the separate safety plan they were given when no one ever gave me one and they were aware I have service animals and have trouble walking. Positive: The air conditioning was the best i have experienced in a hotel Negative: The bed was the worst i have experienced. Rock hard and uncomfortable and left my back and neck a mess and in pain

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for three nights. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. Loved the bed and the bathroom was fantastic, especially the hot shower with great water pressure! Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. And the water and hot beverage stations in the lobby were always well stocked. I would absolutely stay here again!

The Hilton five star difference is very evident at this location! The property is clean and bright , its apparent staff really cares about the guests! Communication from staff is AMAZING and as a business traveler I visit many hotels, today I had a special request and both Samantha and Skylar were incredibly responsive and hospitable! I’m lucky to have this Hilton Garden Inn in my territory! Many thanks to all!

The hotel was absolutely STUNNING! If there is anyone who is planning their wedding, you NEED to book here. The suite we stayed in the night before and the night of our wedding was absolutely beautiful. It was truly a home away from home and we were able to bring our two pups! The food was incredible, the service, the décor, the staff, everything was perfect. If you want a stress free day where you can truly show up and just enjoy the absolute bliss of your wedding, this is the venue for you!
