This place was decent at first but soon unraveled and turned criminal. The wife of the owner had tried up charging me a extra week of rent but I keep records and that was untrue. apparently she has done this with other tenants I've talked to. She stole property off my trailer step (I watched her do it) and after that I inspected my trailer and had seen someone tried prying my trailer door open with a butter knife. On top of that I have a dog that I inspect every day now along with my trailer so I can catch any new injuries or damage right away. After all that's happened I had to install a security system. She has also tried saying I was damaging things on the property, like running over sewer caps but I'm posting pictures with this post so make your own assessments.
Cross Roads Ranch is a beautiful, peaceful park. The owner was friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stop again.
