Ozark Inn & Suites

Great find. Easy to access parking lot. Plenty of parking. Super friendly. The room was very comfy and cozy. Everything was very clean. The water was hot and the pressure was incredible. Bed and pillows were super comfy also. Close to lots of food and shopping. Price was great!

The saying that you get what you paid for couldn't be more appropriate for this place. After walking around for a short period of time in the room the bottoms of my white socks were completely black. Felt so uncomfortable here that at 4:15 in the morning I got up and left.

Had to stop here for an emergency, Upon arrival I noticed that the floor hadn't been vacuumed, so I wouldn't walk around barefoot but the beds were comfortable enough, the chair in the room was dirty looking and old and baseboards need replacing. But overall it was an ok stay.

I stayed here for one night while on the road from Kansas City to New Orleans. I honestly was looking for a cheap room to just crash in for the night to break up my trip. And while I would describe the Ozark Inn & Suites as inexpensive, they are anything but "cheap." The rooms are very well-maintained and immaculately clean. The room structure and furniture are all very up-to-date. I had a very comfortable stay. But the main thing about Ozark Inn & Suites that impressed me was the service. In a bit of a hurry to get on the road, I left my pillow behind. It's a personalized pillow for my neck, so I called to inquire if they had seen it. I spoke with Raj, and he quickly told me that it had been located and he arranged to send it in the mail the very next day. My pillow was in a white pillowc
