The Commerce Casino & Hotel

My first time coming was so excited for slot machines as I’m visiting from Chicago upon arrival I found out no slot machines only card well I’ve never played card and have no idea how to play. Pool was so much smaller than pictures online and make sure you bring charger box front desk was so helpful and made my experience here so much better charging my phone for me and good conversation JHONNY is 10/10 he made the stay so much. Better

Our stay was amazing!! Highly rate this hotel and casino. The rooms were clean. We got an executive room and my boyfriend showered right away and the water was clogged up. Rudy the front desk check on us, and told him the situation, I was all settled in already and for the inconvenience they upgraded our room to the suite and it was amazing! The location was nice, next to the outlets! Valet was amazing as well. The spa was nice! Wished they had a nice pool but overall it wasn't bad at all! Shout out to Rudy and Abraham from front desk! They were amazing and checked in on us throughout our whole stay. Will definitely come back!

This stay was excellent the room service was great. Since it was our first time here they offered us $40 in room service for signing up for a membership with the casino. The bathroom was beautiful and the Bluetooth mirror was a nice touch. The valet service was also great, this place offers free valet for one vehicle and the service they provided was excellent. The only thing that would have made this experience better would be if the TV was a smart TV. There is a $50 nightly deposit fee which is refunded after checkout and a $30 resort fee. Since we paid on booking.com the resort fee was covered.

The casino is clean. It doesn't smell like smoke or anything which is nice. They only had one food option for a restaurant which is disappointing and there was some pickup service but the prices were very high and it looked like the food wasn't all that great of a selection. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but we've heard that the steak and eggs is an amazing value. Definitely sign up on their players club as you do. Get a discount on food and other items as well. The rooms were nice and clean and large, the only thing we were not happy about was the rain shower head. It felt like a mist rather than a wonderful downpour. It took quite a long time to wash thick hair because like I said it was like a mist. Over the air conditioners worked great. It was clean and the people that we talked to
