DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles - Commerce

Our experience was absolutely wonderful, and Jesse and Justin truly made the stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care stood out and made us feel truly welcome. Because of Jesse and Justin, this stay was memorable, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place—especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by them!

I have mixed feelings on this hotel! I want to love it but all I can do is really like it. I love the area with the outlet mall nextdoor. I love the vibe when you walk in, as it’s very modern and everyone is friendly. The little store next to the front desk has great options of drinks (water, energy, alcohol) and food. But…my room was very outdated! The pictures and wallpaper are blah, but the bed is very comfy. The shower is also old, and the vent fan right by the shower head was caked in dust. Also, for someone who needs white noise, changing the thermostat fan to “high” doesn’t make it run continuously like it should. Celebrated Thanksgiving here. All my request were given. Location wise- this hotel is perfect if your goal is to shop in an outlet store. Service- front desk-easy check in and outRoom Amenities-cons-no fridge, no microwave, no complimentary water bottle, need to buy new pillows and linens, room needs updating. check out is 11am BUT housekeeping knocked on my door twice at 9am and 930am with their wheel cart infront of my door. First time this happened to me. Nice hotel, service was fine, but there were issues. We checked in late for one night. Tired from driving all day, we grabbed a quick dinner and headed to bed. The bed was short sheeted, meaning our feet were on the actual mattress. Unless you are playing a practical joke, this should never happen. We were told by staff that this never happens...well, they can't say that anymore. There was also a red, sticky substance (thankfully not blood) on the floor next to one side of the bed. Very unpleasant to accidentally step in just before getting into bed to find that your bed is short sheeted. As an added bonus, our room was next to the elevator allowing us the opportunity to listen to other guests coming and going all night. Location was great for the places we needed to go from 25 minutes to Glendale and 25 to Anaheim. Unfortunately with weather the view wasn’t good waking up but the view in general in the room we got was so nice. Jesse in front desk when we checked in was soo sweet, helpful in giving us the opportunity to check in and explain where to park and such an uplifting personality.
