Great hotel and conference center! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The room also included a single-cup Keurig with coffee provided by the hotel. We stayed here for both a conference and a ski vacation, and the location was perfect for both. Overall, it was a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay.

I am a huge fan of the Cliff Spa. I’ve had some great experiences there! I love the rooftop pool. In the winter, it’s so fun to sit in the hot tub and watch the skiers go down. Me and my friend group came up here to celebrate a belated Xmas here and it was so good. I also love the massages and the yoga class. They’ve done a really good job making this place beautiful. Would totally recommend going and am definitely going to be back!

The rooms were exactly what you needed for a ski vacation. There are ski lockers that you are required to use for your gear. They do not want ski gear in the rooms. But this was not an issue and was quite convenient to not have to carry stuff up and down the elevator. The restaurants in lodge were good although they were kind of hard to find reservation times that we wanted. Additionally, there are no microwaves in the rooms. I found this very puzzling. They did have a Keurig, a safe, and a mini fridge but no microwave.||We were there on New Year's Eve and enjoyed eating in the Seventy One restaurant. We had a reservation for 5 PM which was the latest that we could get on that night. But it ended up working out really well. We finish our entrées and then the torch procession began at 6 P

BE AWARE! Stolen Skis - and no on on staff at The Cliff Lodge givesa darn. My skis were stollen from the resort, from the locker room and these morons could give two hoots. I walked into the security office. A young lady sat there, lounged back in her chair, on her cdll phone texting or something. After a minute or two of ignoring me I spoke up. She, in a frustrating tone, asked me what I needed. I explained that I put my skis in my locker the night before. When I came down in the morning they were gone. She acted like no other person, ever, has had this happen. So, 500 rooms, families, tons of people and skis and no one has ever lost or had their skis stolen? They were supposedly the lost and found. She never looked in any back room. In fact, no one did. It is insane. The ski shop sent me

1. No ability to send a guest amenity. |2. Cannot charge to the room. All charges must be on a credit card|3. No change to give a tip. Bell station may have change|4. Room without any amenity- note paper, nothing|5. Spa access discount rate to use gym and pool-37.00 vs 75.00 if not a guest. Nickel dime when paying $698 per night|6. The narrative describing the hotel and service is a disconnect that’s why TripAdvisor is rating at 3.9 which is generous.|7. staff is very friendly, but roll their eyes and acknowledge the short fall.
