The Chimney Rock Inn & Cottages

Absolutely loved our stay! It was our first family mountain trip with our child and they made sure to make her feel extra special by including a note and some hot chocolate at the morning coffee station ! Location was perfectly located near chimney rock state park and lake lure! Room was cute, clean, and well decorated! Will be coming back!

We rented the Holly Cottage in the back. It was very small and can't see how an average couple could sleep in one of the beds together. My husband and I each took a bedroom. This cottage has a great view and a nice living room to watch the sunset from if you don't want to sit on the patio. The only parking space for this cottage is to the left of it and our medium sized SUV could barely fit. We almost took my husband's truck and trailer on this trip. Thankfully we didn't! Otherwise the location is great, just down the block from the state park. You can see Chimney Rock from your window. If you check out early, there is coffee to go in front of the office. Everyone was very nice.

We came back to Chimney Rock after being away 2 years. Everything was reminiscent of pre-Hurricane Helene. The room here was clean, cozy, and had great views of Chimney Rock mountain. The manager was friendly and she brought us a tray with coffee and cups, sugar, etc. so we could have coffee in the mornings. They also have coffee in the office area and a snack machine, ice, books, and a calming sitting area by a small pond with a little waterfall. I loved the rocking chairs overlooking the road and you can see the river across the street. Good prices, too!

We had a super peaceful stay in the mimosa cottage. Tabitha was super accommodating and a huge help to us. The room was clean and the view of chimney rock was beautiful. The town is super special and the locals welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Nice little Inn. Great location. The Mimosa cottage is precious. Tabitha took great care of us. She's the best. Can't wait to come back. Love the Chimney Rock area and so happy to see it coming to life again. ❤️
