The Cabins On Highport Road

Really enjoyed our stay, everything is real clean and fresh. We would have given a 5 star review but upon arrival had a less than compassionate greeting because the cabin was still occupied that we scheduled. She was very short with us, as though it was our fault. We were perfectly happy with the smaller cabin but did not understand her temperament towards us. She expected us to be upset so she anticipated her comment to us as, if you don't like it you can just leave, not once but 3 times without us saying a word.

It was very clean comfortable had an awesome experience with a guide named JD Lyle who extended or time of fishing more than what I expected awesome. Also I was not sure if she would let us stay over for another hour or two while we was fishing. cabin and she said that would not be a problem. so I'll give her Plus on that me and my two sons in my nephew had a blast think j.d. and also the owner of the cabin that we stayed in

My family and I were in the area and already had reservations at another cabin-it was to nasty for us to stay in at all. We called late on a Sunday evening to see if there were any openings and if they could show us the cabins. THE OWNER IS AMAZING, THE CABINS WERE EXTREMELY CLEAN, THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, AND THE LOCATION IS GREAT! What else do you need? I would definitely rent again if staying nearby!!!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The cabins themselves are adorable and quite clean. Nice atmosphere. Enjoyed the stay. Usually need to make reservations a while in advance...there are only 3 cabins on site.

They are very clean and the lady in charge is so nice. There are 3 cabins. We stayed in the bear one. It has a full kitchen, a bedroom downstairs, the bathroom has a tub/shower not just a shower stall, a tv in the bedroom and the living room with cable, and a loft area with a mattress. The loft area isn't very tall. An adult would have to be on hands and knees from the stairs to the mattress. The bedroom doesn't have much room around the bed. These are small cozy cabins but very clean and well maintained! There's a covered porch with a table and chairs and a small charcoal grill. There's room to park a boat with an outside outlet to charge the batteries. These cabins are right down the road from the lake and boat ramp.
