The Broadway Guest House

We booked Studio 555 for a weekend away and it was perfect!! It felt like a home away from home tucked away in Granville just a little ways down from the university. The house was clean and inviting upon check-in. It is a small, renovated home and you stay on the top level (there are tenants below). The area was quiet even with the neighbors having a small get together during our first night! We only used the queen bed, which was super comfy. There was access to Netflix which was great, though I came prepared with our own devices if needed. I did end up using our roku for the bathroom tv since I was having difficulties with the remote, which was hardly even a minor setback (especially once I was soaking in the tub). We would definitely stay again if ever wanting a little getaway!

I made a reservation we were excited, we were told there would be a downstairs tenant, which is fine, we asked for early check in since we were traveling hours prior to check in, we came an hour early which is lovely. The downstairs tenant was outside the whole time doing yard work, my family and I felt very uncomfortable because he was invading our space, he showed us a bar we couldn’t even use, there was a big fire pit there but “we aren’t allowed to use it” due to the “Ohio laws” which I also thought was a bit odd. The house is lovely, I just wish we were told we would have ZERO privacy. When asked for a refund we got all sorts of excuses until my husband and the owners husband stepped in. I wouldn’t suggest coming here if your looking for full privacy.

My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed at the Broadway Guest House over her wedding weekend. The accommodations were wonderful, although the price increase substantially when more guests were added. It was clean, and the owners were very accommodating. The house is modern and well-kept. The location is a bit farther from town than we would have preferred, but it is in a quiet area and very private. Granville is a delightful town to visit. Overall, we were extremely pleased.

Booked Studio 555 for a social distance style getaway/father daughter quality time. This place is clean, comfortable & relaxing. Granville is a charming town. This is a great little house! We'll be back for sure!

Studio 555 is a perfect house for relaxing and feeling at home while visiting Granville. The bathroom is huge and well fitted, and the furnishings are great. Love sharing it with a friend so we can hang out without needing to go out all the time. Will stay again!
