The Boulevard

This place was really nice. Very easy to check in and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and nice. Nice pool area with outdoor shower and a nice rooftop to unwind at night. I thought our stay was great and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Solid 3 1/2 stars, if I could give halves. This place wasn’t bad and it wasn’t great… It was honestly a mediocre hotel. When we got there, they told us that the elevator was broken, so we had to carry all our bags upstairs … not a terrible thing, but honestly, it seemed like a precursor. The room with the games had a broken game machine and when we asked for balls for the pool table- we were told that the pool table is broken. I’m not sure how you break a pool table, but apparently we weren’t allowed to play on that either. The room was very small, but it was clean. They do not clean the room for you unless you go down and ask them, there is no phone in the room and also we couldn’t find the remote control for the TV. We went down and got a remote for the television and asked them to make

I had a lackluster experience at the Boulevard the other weekend. I booked a pool view room which was nice enough, the finishes were recently updated and the room was clean. However, the soundproofing was atrocious. I am a heavy sleeper but was frequently woken up by doors slamming in the hallway and people in the pool area, both in the morning and late at night. The staff was also very grumpy about enforcing the 11am checkout on Sunday when there was absolutely no one arriving later to check in. Overall, the Boulevard got the job done but it would not be my first choice.

Me and my fiancée have stayed here a few times. And honestly the bad reviews are funny. Cause they're nonsense. Like.....you can tell the type of ppl who never worked in customer service before. And honestly from some of the bad reviews you can tell who can't read detailed information! Lolz But from this 29 year olds p.o.v and experience. This hotel was great. We got great service, clean room...people are human I did have to ask about extra towels. They might've forgotten or I needed them quicker than they thought with the rain. Nothing drastic. I note that cause we're all human. To anyone reading this be patient sometimes just ask again. Second time I noted I asked earlier and they got them immediately.
