The Best Price Motel & Suites

The rooms need renovations. The beds are small and hard to sleep on. Pillows suck as well. Floors were dirty especially under the beds. Bath tub had been previously painted and paint was peeling. Replace the shower head, completely discussing. I would not recommend, not for $80 bucks.

Rooms were nice and clean. Large TV and internet that allowed me to work on my laptop and other devices without interruptions. But what really impressed me was the friendly and professional staff members, from check in & check out and even during my late night "snack hunt" that took me to the desk where the over night employee was so nice. I will be staying here on my future visits to Orange, TX.

Service was great. Front lady was amazing - very helpful and pleasant. The motel itself, however, desperately needs renovation and rooms lack thorough cleaning, everywhere - not just in obviously visible places. Last photo - bed sheet was clean, but very stained. Needs replacement.

Filthy. Smelly. Noisy. Cable kept locking up. Tv had an extremely crude picture Toilet has a ring. Poorly remodeled. Old used furniture purchased at a last chance furniture salvage yard.||Sleep in your car, you'll be happier.||This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed at.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ROACHES were coming out of the tub and sink drain. Front desk told my wife ' not my problem" and said " you can leave if you don't like it".. upon checkout they kept our deposit saying that we are independent and have our own rules regarding anything.
