My son & I stayed over the weekend & I must say. It was honestly awesome. Gentleman at the front desk at night helped us find the place when we where lost & help us find the parking area. 💯 percent great SERVICE. Our room was beautiful , clean, actually the room was quite.. I would stay here again. Thank you...

Its best not to make a reservation at this hotel. This hotel profits from cancelled reservations, not guests. Go to it first, see it, then decide. It looks like a luxury hotel on the website so they coax you in with misleading photos and make you believe there is only one room left. So you book it, like we did, only to discover they have a no cancellation policy because they know when you get there, you won't want to stay. They will NOT give you your money back. They will keep it for themselves even 10 minutes after you make the reservation. We had a handicapped person in our group so we needed on-sight parking. We called to confirm they had it before booking and was told yes. When we arrived, we discovered that was a lie. They DO NOT have Parking at all! 10 minutes after being told they h

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to an event we were attending. Based off of the photos and reviews we assumed it was a nice boutique hotel. Unfortunately we were disappointed. First, no one was available to greet us and we stood at the front desk for about 15 minutes before someone arrived to check us in. Thankfully, our room was ready. However my friend had paid for early check in and hers was not ready. Also, because she booked the larger suite room, she had to walk 5 minutes away from the actual hotel location to the building her room was located in. It wasn’t marked and looked like an abandoned warehouse. Our room was clean, but many things either didn’t make sense or were broken. The hotel uses pin pads instead of keys, so accessing the front doors, rooms, and lobby bat

Nice aesthetics in photos, but comfort, cleanliness, and basic hospitality were consistently lacking. The room looks modern, but the layout is awkward and impractical. It’s long and narrow, with the bed boxed in against a wall and a closet door opening directly beside the bed. There were no nightstands or bedside lighting, just a mini fridge awkwardly placed next to the bed and a single switch controlling overhead lights on one side. The bed was extremely firm, and the sheets appeared to be synthetic. Although the room itself stayed cool with the air conditioning running, being under the covers was uncomfortably warm. The bathroom had multiple issues. There were visible scratches or burn marks on the shelving, used soap left in the shower, and a dirty towel. The bathroom exhaust fan did

I would not stay here again. The good: 1. Rooms are clean and spacious 2. Location is excellent and accessible to public transit 3. Feels secure due to multiple lock system The bad: 1. There was no one at the front desk. I arrived and called the hotel while standing outside. Someone let me in who I think was a guest. I checked in over the phone which was a very chaotic process of calling, being told someone would meet me, then being called back. Very disorganized. 2. I arrived around 1 pm, 2 hours prior to check in, and was told I would need to pay an early check in fee of $35 even though my room is ready. I felt compelled to pay it given there was no one physically available to secure my bags. I paid while checking in on my phone. 3. Room doors do not lock automatically upon closing, wh
