Texas Twelve RV Park

We stayed at this RV park for two months while working in the area and could not have asked for a better experience. The owners are truly awesome, welcoming, kind, and genuinely care about their guests. At most RV parks you don’t have much interaction with owners or staff, but the hospitality here was unmatched and made us feel right at home. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, with a peaceful pond where we loved watching the turtles and ducks. It was also a great place to walk my dog and unwind after work. One of the biggest perks was the brand new laundry facility on site, which made keeping up with work clothes super easy and convenient! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-kept RV park.

It all started with us showing up, after having made a reservation and paid for it more than a week in advanced, only to find someone in our pull-through spot. I call the phone number I found online and she stated that she had to move us due to someone else extending. She then met us at our new, back in spot, in the back of the park, under a light and camera pointed straight at our RV. The spot was rugged at best with ruts making it difficult to level. She handed me a stack of rules for the park. I read the rules only to find one stating if you prepay for a spot it's guaranteed yours. So we didn't get anything near what we paid for. Got to be watched by a camera and bright light for three days. Completely unacceptable. I get it's a park for travel workers, great! But honor your own rules
