Texas RV Park

We have stayed there 4 times. Under the previous management, it was a very clean and neat park, and I have no reason to believe otherwise now. This review is about our recent treatment for a reservation for early February 2026. We booked a site at this park in February 2025, then in September 2025 changed the dates due to surgery, which they didn't have an issue with. About 3 weeks before our planned arrival, I received an email saying the reservation had been cancelled, followed quickly by an email refunding our money. As we had not cancelled anything and were preparing to depart for a month-long trip, I contacted the park immediately. A man answered who subsequently identified himself as the new owner. Such a beautiful park! out of the way and gated. everyone here is fabulous...this will be my new place to stay when I come work in the area.

Nice rv park to stay in, clean restrooms and showers, management is always helpful. Can't beat the laundry prices compared to others, super clean laundry mat.

If you want a clean quiet place to get off of the road, take a hot shower and do some laundry, this is a place to stay. They have a nice medium size dog play area. Beautiful laundry. Great showers. No pool or playground but room for bicycles. A number of guests are long term, working in the area, but their sites are well kept and tidy. The park is gated. Walmart delivers. Update, still clean and well maintained. We had to change it reservations and the manager was get helpful changing the the dates.

This is an RV park so the rooms depend on your setup. Very clean bathrooms (restrooms), laundry and showers.
