Highland Bayou RV Park

You must know this place is cheap and has roaches because the owner doesn't have no pest services for his RV park. Also read the check in little white paper you signed upon check in as well with every monthly payment. If you leave early you will get no refund. I do NOT recommend staying here. Very poor management office stinks and owner will steal your money if you leave early for any reason. Good luck

I would put zero stars. I lived there for 5 years and was being harassed by a drug dealer. Jimmy asked me to move ( giving me and my father his word) that when he evicted the drug dealer I could come back. The drug dealer was evicted and I was told I couldn't move back because of lies told. I'm now homeless and can't afford to move into another park. The drug dealers run the place. Jimmy lies and good people get run off while the pill heads and drunks run the place. I would definitely not recommend this park.

This is a very nice place to camp and or live!! Jimmy ( the owner) goes out if his way to try to meet your accommodations and it's very nice and clean and has alot of tree's and Jimmy keeps the grass mowed and the park nice and tighty so with that being said , I highly recommend this place for your camping experiences and or a residence!! Plus Jimmy and his wife are great God loving people that I've had the Pleasure of meeting and getting to know for 6 year's & I feel very blessed and there's no other place I'd enjoy residing as I do here!!

Nice , quiet park. I work in the plants. Been staying here on & off for a couple of years. They have some people that live here permanently but most are people that work at the plants. We built a deck on our trailer and you can also have a fire pit. Some parks have restrictions on things like that. Rates are good.

The park was very clean and well kept. I had to call and report to management a situation of domestic violence in a trailer close to my mother's and the management had already taken actions on the eviction process because it was in the guys name and reporting the guy to the authorities so the maybe the girl wouldn't be subjected to more abuse. They were very helpful and concerned.
