Terrace Motel

Roaches every where manager tried giving us another room refused to refund us . He said he’s aware of the roaches and they are only in the room we were given . Will not refund us even though we left after 20 mins after discovering the roaches Anyone who has a brain knows if they in one ro coming out of all the holes in the walls they are in the whole building . They were literally everywhere . Trying to upload photos but not seeing the option.

Very economical kind of dated but clean And fridge and microwave in room.

Rooms shouldn't be $80 but I get it cost of living increase. Not worth more than $50 if you ask me( considering the bedding not even that ) . They have roaches so be careful. The bathroom was updated but what about the rest of the room ie the bed & bedding

Depending on your day is the week, place can be nice and quiet. Rooms upstairs are nicer compared to down stairs, but I understand you can only update one at a time without losing money. But basically clean place. Okay for a night or two when needed. Might have to ask for extra towels if needed, or extra roll of toilet paper cause they only leave you 1, but still a decent place to stay the night.

This motel needs tons of upgrand better customer serviris. You have a refrigerator and a microwave plugged into the GFCI receptacle over the sinking bathroom the drain fills up with water, doesn't drain up properly. Bad shower, loose toilet seat. The drapes are too long at the window
