Spark by Hilton Oak Forest I-57

Stayed here recently and was very impressed with the new, clean look. The room was comfortable, and I loved the simple, modern decor. The free breakfast was a great bonus to start the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely a great value for a comfortable, reliable night’s sleep!

I stayed here for one night and had good expectations. The hotel is new, so I figured it was clean. The first room had a really bad smell, but they switched me easily. The hotel clerk this day was very pleasant and helpful. Bu, the next day, they held fire inspections, and a man asked to enter the room, saying he was fire department. I had asked for no disturbances, so this was a surprise, as well as no one told me that they would be doing inspections during my stay. Because I refused entry, the man grew angry and impatient, banging hard on the door repeatedly and demanding entry to the room. This was scary. Front desk was not helpful and because the manager was not on the scene. I had to call customer service for help. They handled the matter quickly and I checked out. The most importa

Stayed for three nights and the experience remained consistent. The staff responded promptly when I requested extra towels. The hallway and lobby areas were regularly cleaned. Small details like that reflect good maintenance.

Rooms are not very quiet, noise and TV sound from adjacent rooms comes thru easily. Wall A/C unit was also noisy & vibrating. Nice "adult" breakfast options w/ bagels, cereal, yogurt (no cook stuff) 24 hr coffee pot. Desk people were nice & helpful, but not much staff, so frequently away from the desk (even when checking in).
