Terrace Inn & Suites

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, water was warm and the was pressure great. The four nights I have stayed there have been quiet and restful. The best value in the East Bay.

I've lived in the area for quite some time but have never stepped foot in this place until recently. Due to my home being painted, I needed a place to stay for the day/night and decided to give the Terrace a chance. I arrived, checked in and went to my room..surprisingly the room itself was very neat and tidy, smelled fresh and had a very comforting feel. The huge king size bed was a plus, as well as the bathroom which was decorated nicely and had a slight "bleachy" odor (which I loved). There was a microwave and mini fridge in room, a nice sized tv and the place was fairly quiet during the night. Id say this is the little brother of The Best Western I'll definitely be returning in the future it was well worth the $50+ spent.

Well I'm having problems here. I've been staying here off and on since the late 90s. I feel that the rooms are great for their age. I do wish that they had better insulation between them though. My neighbor was blasting their TV at 11:30 at night and I called the office and asked him to please tell them to turn it down. By 12:15 am no change. I called the office again and he said that they didn't answer the phone. He told me to go over there knock on the door and ask them to turn it down. That made me mad! I thought give them a little time and they might shut it. At 1:40 am I called the front desk and told him to get over here and take care of the problem. He finally got up off his butt and told them. But he should have done this without me calling twice!
