Temple City Motel

It’s the Hidden gem of Salt Lake City in my opinion. When comparing to other cheaper motels they are not even in the same league, Temple City is respectively in a league of its own based on what I have seen... They keep the rooms upkept and clean. If something breaks I have seen the owner himself show up to repair or replace anything that is needed in a quick and timely manner! The grounds worker is also there on site to assist in anything needed. The prices remind me of pre-Covid… Hands down the best motel on state or SLC. Everything is close and accessible. This place deserves better reviews from better people!

A fair place to stay but management ride you for everything.

Best rates in town. Very respectful owner, who has gone out of his way to accommodate me. It's clean and the laundry is free, imagine that. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a rested night's sleep, it's quite and peaceful. There's only one problem, there's never any vacancy's. Well, every once in a while.

It's very quite Cozy clen inside and out a very respectful place

I could hardly believe my eyes when i seen this notice laying on my bed. The management here is ridiculous. I bought a 2014 mustang that is a wee bit loud when i start it up and they are using this as a reason to evict me. My wife and i have been no trouble at all and are very respectful to the other tenants here. Beside that the place is really run down and dumpy and my room is infested with ants! I would recommend highly that nobody rent a room here
