Not all it's cracked up to be for seasonal campground. Staff is friendly but it's not what it was cracked up to be. I would find other accommodations. Any special events you are charged extra n pot luck parties at campers expense. And they are their own clicks never invited to attend. Office girls are great but watch management not up to their words. Will miss office girls but not campground.
This place was rather disorganized and definitely not family friendly. It’s more of a large field decorated with porta-potties, broken playground equipment, and random farming machines. The lady at the front office kept her records on a steno pad and gave us quite the runaround because she didn’t know who we were or what our reservation was for. Site planning was abysmal. The large sites barely accommodated our 40ft fifth wheel and maneuvering was made near impossible by the whimsical placement of neighboring hookups, narrow roads, and porta-potties placed at the head of the sites. Despite only having partial hookups, the place didn’t have a proper bathhouse. We wouldn’t have noticed as much of it weren’t for the fact that a tornado went through just south of the campground and we had no p
Ted's Ranch Campground has amazing staff and they keep the grounds clean. For Faster horses they make sure the camper's are safe. Thank you, for another awesome year
First off, BE ADVISED THERE ARE NO SHOWERS OR PERMANENT RESTROOMS HERE, ONLY PORTA POTTIES SCATTERED THROUGHOUT CAMPGROUND. ALSO NO SEWER HOOKUPS AT ANY SITES, EVEN SEASONAL ONES!!!!!! We stayed here on a dpur of the moment trip (have friends that are seasonal campers) when we got there, office was closed. I called the main number, and the office lady came down and got us checked in. Went to where our site was, had to be told by "neighbors" where the site was, as it was only marked by occasional spray paint marks on the ground. Got camper positioned and needed extensions for both power and water. Both were 55' from my camper (I was on the closest edge of the site). The site was all dirt and rocks, as were a lot of the sites. Our first two (of 3) nights, the site next to us, was still part
Perfect for a Michigan race weekend. My non camping friends would call this a trailer park, as most of the sites are long term seasonals, and some act like they own the place. Strict quiet hours but quite noisy until 11pm. Very friendly staff. Just over 2 miles to the track. NO BATH HOUSE. NO SEWER SITES. Pump outs only $25, less than half of the track sites.
