Its been long standing tradition of my family to fish the Flounder tournament|It's always been nice with previous owner Katrina. However it transferred ownership|about 4 years ago to Coach. With the transition came awesome additions. Sundeck on top and enclosed porch. Hoping to get back there with the family in 2026!

Charming place to stay. Katrina was a great host. Cable, wifi, ice. Perfect place to stay with family of friends if you're in the area for fishing. Teasers charter boat was great captain Keith took us out on a choppy day and found us a few yellow fin

It would be great if it was available, easy to install and really not expensive. We go every year and the 6 of us use 2 rooms. Katrina keeps the place clean and gives us fishing reports. Never had a problem with A/C or TV. They have several charcoal grills, one unit has a screened in porch with a picnic table and benches, an outdoor fish cleaning station with water hose, a freezer to keep your catch and they even sell 20 lb. bags of ice for just $2. Watch out for the NoSees during the warm months, they can be bad so bring some OFF.|

This place is perfect when in town for fishing excursions. A basic clean place that has what you need for a comfortable stay. The 2$ bags of ice is very convenient. A grill to cook up the fish you catch. Fish cleaning table. This place is like staying with family. Room 3 offers a screened in porch area. Great for hanging out and telling Fish stories. Phone service for the area can be poor. But I was good with that.

We fish Wachapreague for flounder every spring. This is one of the nicer places around. Rooms are comfortable and have all that you need including small cooking facilities (pots/plates/cups/silverware included). They have a nice cleaning table with washdown hose. Can park your boat in the yard no problem. They also have a freezer for your catch and they sell ice there real handy. They also have charcoal grills there as an option to cook your dinner. Never had any trouble there and they live nearby to respond for help if you need it.
