Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe

As a Marriott Titanium member, I stay at many properties, and I really appreciated the service during this stay. Margo at the front desk was very welcoming and professional and took the time to explain everything clearly at check-in. She also mentioned that her colleague Raireen had checked the room to make sure everything was ready. I found a few amenities waiting for me, including a deck of playing cards, which was a nice surprise. Small gestures like this really show genuine care for guests. Just M-Club could be better which unfortunately other brands are the same quality here in the US Anyway thanks to Margo and Raireen, for the great hospitality

The room was clean. The location is convenient. Surface parking with additional $15 charge per night. The complex is huge. Service call from room was pleasant and answered quickly and resolved the issues fast. However you can hear neighbors noise easily at night. Check in did not provide any useful information until I asked for parking breakfast info etc. no free coffee or any water in the lobby which makes it very difficult and different than other similar hotels. No microwave. I do not think we will return as a quick coffee I believe was essential for a hotel like this.

Perfect location, right outside of New York City without the hustle and bustle. The property is modern, comfortable, and inviting. The rooms are spacious unlike typical New City hotel room. You have the benefit of being miles from the city but spacious rooms and free parking. Parkin in the city is a mint. It was nice to settle in on a frigid winter night with all I needed available including a fine Italian restaurant reasonably price but ordering from the bar menu was offered as well. When in the area, this will be my preferred place to stay. Yes, it was clean, quite with great service.

Go anywhere else but here. Don’t waste your money. Overpriced garbage hotel. Also Don’t bother upgrading for the m club lounge. Was a joke. We stayed for 2 nights. We booked through Marriotts website. My husband, my 6yr old son and myself stayed in a 2 queen room and chose to upgrade to the m club lounge. The description has it listed as free hot buffet breakfast along with grab and go snacks and drinks. After arriving we asked where breakfast would be and were told in the main restaurant. We arrived in the morning and were told we needed vouchers and that the buffet in the lounge was closed since it’s only early morning hours. Turns out the gentleman LIED because the person who called them from Marriott corporate said that this hotel does not do any breakfast buffet and instead you go to

I’ve stayed at the property numerous times and the cheating process is always seamless and efficient and they offer to help with bags if needed. The wait staff in the restaurant is great and the club has nice food options and is a nice facility. Debra at the front desk has helped us get situated numerous times and is always friendly, pleasant and quick!
