Homewood Suites by Hilton Teaneck Glenpointe

We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great for what we needed, we went to a spa and caught a flight from Newark the next day. Breakfast has many options. I didn’t like that they pre-poured the waffle mix. It sat there all morning. We ate breakfast at 9:30am and they open at 6. Rooms and whole hotel was clean. Beds were ok. Pillows were not good. Gym was big (it’s shared with Hampton inn). Service was great. I would recommend!

This hotel is AMAZING! My friends and I booked a “suite” for our three-night stay and it was so nice to have the extra space with a living room and small kitchen. Split between all of us, the price was totally reasonable. Our room was gorgeous and super clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The continental breakfast was definitely a highlight for us — they offer a very large spread of delicious hot food (different every day) with no extra charge to eat. Staff was also super friendly — shoutout to Tatiana at the desk! The location is nice because the hotel is directly off the highway, so it’s easy to get into New York City. There’s a bus stop that’s less than a two-minute walk from the hotel — it’s the final stop on the NJ Transit bus route to Port Authority and the first stop for dro

The make-your-own tacos with chicken or pork (rotates daily) are amazing — especially the pickled onions 🤤 I actually miss them on weekends when they’re not available. The overnight-soaked chia seed cup with oat milk, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries is my daily go-to, but get there early because it’s clearly a crowd favorite. Huge credit to the fantastic staff — Carmen, Camila, and Minire — who work so hard and really make breakfast feel special.

Positive: I love the front lobby staff very courteous when we registered. Negative: Yes, The Pool Area Was Extremely Cold It Felt Like The Air Conditioner Was On. I Went To The Front Desk & Complained & Nothing Happened. I Was Traveling With 2 Young Children & They Were Shivering. Please Address This With Management. Very Unsatisfied

This is our third stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations. What truly makes the difference is the exceptional customer service. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, but Linabel deserves special recognition. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. Because of experiences like this, we will definitely continue choosing this hotel and recommending it to others.
