I booked it through VRBO it was $400 more than if you book it through their website. The location was perfect, it was walking distance from main street , the parking lot is kind of small but we didn't have trouble finding a parking spot , probably because we usually walked to town. The view from my balcony was amazing, our host was so attentive, she responded promptly when we needed something. The apartment was very well distributed for 10 of us the beds where comfy. The main issue that we had was the heater, literally the first night in one of the rooms the heater went on all night eventhough we turned it off, my children had a bad night because they were sweating . For our family of 6 (including my 80 year old father in law and my 3 teenagers) - didn’t have a working refrigerator for the first 2 nights. We rented the place because it was 1300 sq ft. SKI COUNTRY RESORTS - the management company offered us a mini fridge (we were paying $643 a night). For the entirety of our stay. Then promised to “make us whole and compensate us.” They are liars and cheats and promised a resolution, when in reality they weren’t going to do it. The two awful condescending people that “manage” that company, treated my family horribly, and kept all their ill gotten money. Ski county resorts, in my opinion, cares about no one, but themselves and their bottom line. If you are an owner - read this - we paid $643 a night, they for $425

We rented condo #204. It was spacious for our family of 6, and has a beautiful view of the river. There is no laundry in the unit, but it is a short walk to the wash room in the front building. It worked out fine. The Columbine pool, hot tub, and clubhouse are also easily accessible by a short walk. We enjoyed the secluded feeling yet being so close to town - this is walkable close and absolutely stunning. We loved staying here!

The place was really nice!!! Not a lot of parking, and no one clears the snow in the front. So be weary of where you park and the car you have. As well as wear good shoes. You can walk around the back and see the creek. Although, you have to walk over snow.

We didn’t stay here, but at Tannenbaum 2, unit 21 (for 8 people). We rented through Airbnb, but Ski Country Resorts was the management company. They were horrendous and insisted I use a mini fridge for a family of 6 for 8 nights. And said I could move out that day (with my 80 year old father in law and my 3 kids) . Even though they had no place for us to go, but I was “welcome to look.” Please never do business with them, as their bottom line is all that matters. Worst experience ever
