The complex manager is extremely rude and nosy the rooms look like the inside of a jail cell (grey and bricked in). I was there to visit a friend and was met with complete rudeness. He told me my visiting a friend was his business. He said "I'm the apartment manager and everything is my business". I don't live there and I don't answer to him. He has no right to treat ANY individual like they are scum.

This place used to be good when Clint was here. Now there have been two different managers since I've been here three weeks. Since my very first night I demanded a refund because I saw roaches but they don't give refunds. I paid $725 for 5 weeks to stay here. They still have not sprayed my place even though they keep saying yes we will we want you happy. Yet I'm stuck here in roach motel, sometimes I have hot water, but mostly luke warm, this was supposed to have been renovated yet its nasty and nothing has been changed since two years ago when we liked it. My bathtub looked like someone was making meth in there. The second day I was here we had spent $50 on cleaning supplies and roach spray and combat gel. Well i have lived here for 2 months and the room is a kitchenette. The bathroom is a nice size and clean at least til i showed up, I'm a bit of a piggy. I had a full size bed which is OK. Fridge is fine and the stove tops work great. The management is new and was awesome, great attitude and bent over backwards for me. Will i stay here again ? hell yes i will.

New mangers here they are lovely people. Very friendly and helpful. It is so clean in the rooms its like walking into a new room. Rooms did not stink carpets are shampooed. Truly spotless. Quite there and right across from the lake. Small quite town not far from branson. I would stay again and recommend to everyone. They have nightlys and weeklys etc. From regular rooms to apartments and kitchenettes. They also allow pets :)

This place is awful. I wont recommend it to anyone. The pool is broken & full of dirty stagnant water & bull frogs. The drive way is busted up concrete in the back and lots of broken furniture & beds piled up outside your door. The rooms are roach infested. The carpets are filthy and turn your feet black, The walls are covered with mold and painted over. The bathroom smells like raw sewage. The owners have no desire to clean it up. Its purely just a paycheck to them. The whole two months I was forced to live there the place went through three managers. They wont return your deposit no matter how spotless the place is left. If your on limited income they wont rent from one payday to the next, they charge extra once that 30 days is up they could care less as they held two days out of my depo
