Pipers Lakeshore Resort

Mission accomplished! Piper's Lakeshore Resort is just what our family needed to relax and disconnect from all the crazy of 2020. We set out to get away for a few days and have some fun fishing and in fellowship with another church family. When we arrived Mr. Bob had everything ready for us; we checked in and admired the view of the water. The accommodations were sufficient, and supplied with the basics. We brought food and some card games. The spaces wouldn't win any designer contests but we weren't there for the couch and TV, we were there to enjoy God's creation. When we weren't fishing or kayaking the kids were making use of the pool. Overall the stay was great, we will definitely be back. We are very thankful we found this little spot in Silver Creek. Absolutely enjoyed our Proverb 17:1 lake front vacation rental away from home! This place was perfect for our group of 7. We had a place to dock kayaks, kids had a pool when they weren't fishing, and Mr. Bob (who is amazing by the way) rents boats too. Bob is great at getting things you need for the cabin. And replacing towels as you use them. We loved the retro style. We will be back here to this special spot for many years to come I hope!.

Quiet place, great location. Bob & Harriet are lovely people. Their rates were great, but that’s where the positives end. How do you own a business for 40+ years, and let it get run down & tired? That’s the best description of this place: old & tired. I didn’t expect a 5 star resort by any means, but how about investing a little time, money, & energy into your business? We had room 6, our friends had room 7. Let me begin by saying that our experience was much different from our friends. If we’d had their room, this review would read much different. For us: A). Our first night started a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. We were allowed to check out a different room, but that room (#1) smelled like mold, so we stayed with our original assignment. I have been coming here for 20 years. The rooms are adequate, clean, and the price is very reasonable. Bob, the owner, is very kind and accommodating. If you like to fish, this location gives you great access to both Lake Taneycomo and Bull Shoals. I highly recommend this place for a quiet relaxing getaway.

The landing, they call now was nothing but grass and hotel. Ive got to tell my kids when i was there age, nothing was was here. 28 years I've been coming to pippers 3 times a year, Pippers, they are like family to us. Last year I talk Bob into selling me something at I've look at as a kid till now was one of signs hanging at the boat dock something I would hold Close to my heart. My Father heart, my heart and my kids heart. The memories, this sign will be passed down for generations.. The memories I've got with my family And Bob himself is amazing. We love you guys like family and thank u for always the amazing memories.. Its the little things I'm life. GOD IS GOOD!
