Tall Pines Motel & Trailer House

Disgusting, killed four roaches and this was during the day, bathroom door would not close , bed sucked , front door and walls had been damaged and somewhat repaired. Manager was outside screaming at someone. I left after 3 hours. Told the manager about the roaches and he blamed the prior tenant. He didn’t offer a refund, lesson learned

Clean, affordable, and for a small place and a bad reputation from it's history the place has cleaned up very well and no longer can be called a sketchy place. Seems to no longer house druggies and prostitute's. I recommend and will say the place should be proud they are so clean and no one should consider it as the way it was in the 90's they cleared out the rift raft and now can accommodate children without fear of bad exposure to dangerous people. Good job for the owners.

literally this place sucks , the landlord drinks and takes pills in his office all day , wont fix anything in the trailors and yet you still want renv money , a couple weeks back you yelled at me and my mom for putting a volleyball net up you know my name and you got one more time to talk to me like im your child and i sure will call the health department on you dont think im playong cause im for real not:)

I mean it's ok don't get me wrong. However it's not the best place. We needed a place quick before or youngest was born and was all we could find. Do able. Owner is nice an was willing to work with us. But going to have to find someone else to do work bc my contracting buddy said he shouldn't be able to rent the trailer he put us in. And weve told the maintance man already. And their idea of fixing is covering it up and waiting for it to leak again. Oh and he like to deal with men womans words mean diddley to him. And yelled at me that my lease says i can do.

I lived there in 2020.I was supposed to pay $600 a month for a crappy trailer that bedroom window leaked when it rained.The trailer was lopsided.Manager was rude & a sketchy maintenance man
