Ocklawaha Prairie Campgrounds

My new free campground. This place is really nice and eell kept. There are two fire rings, I had a picnic bench in my site. I did see if the one closest to the river had a table. Im camping as a solo female and I am having no prob. To get out here it is a bit if a hike. I parked by dams diner the long way. Lol. There is parking off a dirt road. Really quite quiet, I've heard some airboaters so expect that. None rode by tonight its a Saturday night. When I arrived a couple had the site closest to the river. It is first come first serve. A few other people stopped by. Its had no garbage, there was no poop, so its pretty clean

Great walk to camp site. Beautiful area. One problem someone spayed blue paint on everything. Looks like it was a while ago. So hopefully it will disappear soon.

50 yards up from the river. Campsite with picnic table and fireplace. Big area to explore, but we didn’t want to walk far. Found horse poop and even a toilet seat!

Didn't get to stay. There were no vacant spots. It looked nice if you're not trying to fish. Looked clean.
