Swiss Chalets Village Inn

I booked this room to have a good base in the area. It is perfectly located. It's north of Conway so you're out of the confession but still close enough to quickly get into town. The staff is great. We got there a little after 5pm and stayed the check in process. I was unaware they had hot tub suites. When I inquired, the front desk clerk offered me a deal on the suite for the 2 nights we were staying. The room was great! The hot tub is in front of a large window. While we were staying there was a large snow storm. We just soaked in the tub and watched the snow fall. The breakfast in the morning was great. They had cereal, eggs, sausage, and make-your-own waffles. This is not a modern hotel. It's a cozy place that has real charm. I loved this stay and am planning a trip for the summe

We wanted to get away for a couple nights, I had driven by this dozens of times, decided to give it a shot. We got a single room, king sized bed with "mountain views." It is set back from the road, so very little road noise, there was a big accident on the road one night, heard the sirens, saw the fire trucks, but didn't notice road noise at other times. Room was clean, a bit dated. Similar to an old style motel, door and window on one end, other was built into hill, so kind of cave like. Single noisy heater/ AC under window. Small bathroom, fridge/ microwave, single cup coffee maker, and table with desk chair. Also had a single chair near window. We absolutely loved our stay. Tucked in the woods, away from the busy highway. Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Working fridge and microwave. Quiet airco. Fast and professional check-in and check-out. Decent breakfast, nothing fancy but good enough to get on the road again. Good value for the money. We recommend.

This hotel is a fantastic find near Mount Washington, making it a perfect base for exploration. While the rooms are a bit outdated, they are clean, cozy, and offer great views. The outstanding staff service truly elevates the experience and is the best part of the stay. The affordable price makes this a great value. The basic breakfast is satisfying, now including fruits along with fried eggs, sausages, bagels, and waffles. Just be aware that the internet can be weak sometimes. A solid choice I've already bookmarked!
